– Given the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the above – mentioned conditions, we will issue you a 60% refund considering the losses from ocean freight and the non-returnable nature of the boutique product. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 30 business days.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
– Contact our customer service team at customer service email within the 7 – day period. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue (with pictures of the item), and your preference for a return or exchange.
